1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Stays

Arrival and departure

The Cottages

On the day of arrival, the cottages are available from 4 pm. On the day of departure, the cottages must be vacated by 10:00 am.

The rooms

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated at 11:00 a.m.

Rate

The prices of our stays are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC). They include VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. They do not include the tourist tax.

Reservations

Reservations are only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit, paid within 10 days of the sending of the reservation contract and corresponding to 25% of the amount of the stay. The balance and the tourist tax are to be paid on the day of arrival.

Means of payment :
At the time of booking: bank transfer or check
At the time of your arrival: credit card, check or cash

For cottages only:
A first deposit of 400 € (Franquette) or 300 € (Marbot) will be requested on arrival and returned on the day of departure, provided that no damage is found after the inventory. A second deposit of 100 € will be requested and returned on the day of departure provided that the cottage is returned in a satisfactory general state and suitably tidied up.

Cancellation

In the event that it is impossible to honor your reservation, we will refund the deposit if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
The total amount of the deposit will be retained if the cancellation of the reservation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival. We will then give you the possibility to postpone your stay for a period of 1 year, starting from the date of cancellation.

2. General Conditions of Sale – Products

Availability of products

Our products are available within the limits of our stocks

Delivery conditions in metropolitan France. (In Europe, ask us)

Participation in postage and packaging costs:
. Order less than 80 €, add 22 € for shipping
. From 81 to 320 €, add 40 €
. Express or Chronopost mandatory for half-cooked foie gras: €40 including tax
. Free shipping from €321 incl. VAT

All our packages are shipped under the responsibility of the Post Office or the carrier

Check packages on arrival: If necessary, make reservations on the delivery receipt and notify the carrier by registered letter.

Payment

Payment is made at the time of order by check or by bank transfer.

Producer guarantees

Our products are traditional (we have been trained by farmers who have passed on their know-how and recipes). They remain natural and authentic. We guarantee them without additives or preservatives.
We cook in a workshop that meets EEC standards.
The geese and ducks that we use for our transformations come from farms. They are raised in the meadow, fed with cereals according to the Périgord tradition.
